How is demo access to the product provided?

You can purchase the Not For Resale version of the product and conduct presentations on it.
To a partner after client qualification - as an exception.

How to learn how to independently implement a software product to end customers?

In order to teach independent management of software product implementation projects, it is necessary to pass a software product knowledge exam.
A partner needs to make a remote presentation to a TeamFactor employee as for an end customer - answer the consultant's questions on the software product features and terms of its purchase. After successfully passing the exam, a personalized certificate will be provided.
The cost of passing the exam is 15$. The retake is possible not earlier than one week from the date of passing the exam. No more than one retake is allowed per payment.

Product training cost?

The cost of the training course - 40-50$. Cost of certification - 5$

How do I purchase the NFR version and how much does it cost?

After signing a partner agreement, there is an opportunity to purchase a fully functional Not For Resale version at a 90% discount and use it for employee training and for internal work in the partner's company.

Is it possible to open protected processing (“open code”) of a program and how much does it cost?

The policy of TeamFactor and partner company “1Ci” is not to open protected processing responsible for licensing. Most of the rest of the code is open for changes and improvements, except for a few technical modules.

Do you need to know programming to sell your products?

We have a no-code solution, which in typical functionality does not require knowledge of programming languages from you and from the user. But if the client wants a custom solution with customization for their processes, then our team can give a detailed presentation with the client on how to implement it with the participation of their technical department. The main thing for the partner is to convey this idea to the customer and bring them to a meeting with our product consultant.

Can the partner implement and maintain the product independently?

Yes, of course. We undertake support for new releases of the software product. Interaction with the user - from training to customization - is taken care of by the partner.

How can you help with implementation at the end customer?

Surveys, formation of a technical task or its expertise, adaptation of functionality, organization of customer training. Terms and conditions are agreed within the framework of a specific request

Are you compensated for the cost of advertising the product?

Compensation up to 40% for general partners. The terms are discussed (the compensation amount depends on fulfillment of the sales plan)

Do you have any mandatory payments from partners?

For receiving support - payment of a fixed amount of $400 per year or fulfillment of sales plan

How much does it cost to participate in the partner program?

Until the end of 2024 the conclusion of the contract without additional conditions and sales plans, from 2025 - fulfillment of the sales plan of licenses. Or a fixed amount of 400 dalars per year

If I work with a client, but they still buy the product from you instead of me?

We refer the client to a partner. We do not work directly with clients.

In which option is product licensing available: On-Premise or SaaS?

We sell SaaS licenses in the respective region only on servers hosted in that region. Then we make payments to partners in the form of commissions. Or partners purchase licenses and sell these licenses directly to customers in On-Premise format.

Can you give a presentation to a client?

We will assist the partner in a one-off presentation, as well as in the presale without additional conditions. In case of subsequent presentations we can take care of the presale, but then the partner discount will be reduced to 20%.

What are the terms and conditions of vendor support for partners?

Until the end of 2024, ongoing support is free of charge. Starting in 2025, ongoing support will be provided for partners who meet the sales plan or for regular payments of $100 per quarter ($400 per year)

How do I get tech support?

Implemented using 1C SLK. 1C SLK is an easy-to-use but effective toolkit for developers of application solutions. 1C SLK reliably protects the original author's configuration code representing the developer's “know-how” from unauthorized use and analysis, and provides technically licensing of the final software product.

How does the vendor support partners in the sales organization?

Training, certification, transfer of promotional methodical materials, sales guide, organization of presentations for end clients, transfer of applications from clients received in the respective region (for general partners)
