FAQ

Is there a way to compare various job websites effectiveness related to certain position?

Sure. Efficiency can be tracked.

For instance, recruitment funnel report reveals channels from which applicants who have passed certain recruitment stage were drawn.

There's also standalone report that identifies channels most applicants were drawn and who delivers them into system. This report enables flexible customization by various filters: positions, fields, date, recruiter, etc.

Will I know certain recruitment stage applicant was rejected (interaction history)?

Indeed, it is implemented. There is both separate report for refusals analysis across entire selection funnel and possibility to check in the card of a particular applicant, at which stage of the selection funnel there was a refusal.

What about PDP regulations implementation in system?

Personal data storage process is performed within 1C system in accordance with Federal Law requirements. For handling personal data, system provides mechanisms for collecting consents and storing its statuses, differentiating access via role model and reports on all activities within system. Applicant data storage period can be set by user in settings. You can configure several options for applicant to select. When retention period expires or you got applicant refusal, data is anonymized.

How applicants provide own consent for PDP and PD storage?

Sure. For keeping personal data in system there is a mechanism of collecting PDP consents. It is agile and customizable by system administrator.

Can applicants be searched in system by certain criteria?

Sure. List of required applicants can be generated with maximum ease owing to adaptive customizable search.

All fields that are used to generate applicant card can become filters to search for:
- characteristics,
- previous jobs,
- age,
- position,
- field, etc.

It is possible to perform an informalized search (for example, by some words presented in uploaded applicant's CV).

Customizing vacant positions list is also easy to work with.

You can save these filters and apply in further work. Complex filtering structures can be also used. For instance, grouping of filters with such logical operators as AND, OR, NOT.

Can I generate individual selection funnel?

Yes. An individual recruitment funnel is set up by our team as part of the project. Admin or recruitment head can also customize recruitment funnel to fit company's current BPs.

Is there a way to delegate vacant positions to certain recruiters depending on its complexity or department where employee is required?

Sure. Recruitment head can assign liable recruiter for vacant position and replace him/her anytime. When recruiter is replaced, all applicant's data is saved.

Is there a way to edit rejection reasons?

Yes. You can customize this in user mode.

Can I monitor and rebalance recruiters workload?

Sure. You can monitor statistics on active recruiters' actions within system. For fast workload redistribution between recruiters, track statistics on vacant positions where recruiters are assigned and reassign responsible ones if required.

What messengers can I use to interact with applicants directly from system in this turnkey solution?

All minimum system requirements are similar to 1C:Enterprise 8. More detailed reqs should be confirmed by system administrators depending on simultaneous user sessions number, records volume, file storage policy, etc.

Can I customize notification text and update templates and notifications?

Sure. Agile notifications customization to fit your needs is available also. This feature is located in action templates.

You can:
- add both applicants' and clients' notification texts;
- add custom tags for personal notifications;
- include attachments both downloaded from file system and automatically generated within system (for instance, it can be offer or medical examination references).

Is the invitation to video interview only sent to applicant's e-mail? Is there an option to send such invitation to WhatsApp or Telegram?
